FAQs

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Suspendisse varius enim in eros elementum tristique.

Do you take insurance?

We're a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance. This allows us to spend more time with you and focus on what actually works. We accept credit cards, cash, Zelle, and HSA/FSA when applicable.

How long are appointments?

Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes of one-on-one time with your therapist—no assistants, no distractions.

What if I've tried physical therapy before and it didn't work?

Many people have had rushed, cookie-cutter PT experiences. Our approach is different, personalized plans, quality time, and a focus on strength and movement that lasts.

Do I need a referral?

No referral needed. Florida allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can schedule directly with us.

What conditions do you treat?

We help with back pain, neck and shoulder pain, hip and knee issues, balance problems, post-surgical recovery, and general strength and mobility concerns.

Still have questions?

We're happy to answer any questions about how we can help you move better and stay active.
